The spectacle that will be Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is just two weeks away. And I can’t wait! The last trailer before it launches is here. It’s short, but still kicks ass. Check it out below.
Wow. That is one beautiful game. It’s going to be rough jumping back on other games after playing this one. I don’t know what Naughty Dog is doing with the PS4, but can they show their secrets to other developers.
The trailer is just 30 seconds, but it does a good job painting the final chapter in Nathan Drake’s adventure. After Uncharted 3, Nathan stepped away from the fortune-hunting game. In Uncharted 4, he’s pulled back in. And it’s personal this time. Nathan and the gang get back together with one notable addition – Nathan’s brother Sam.
“He’s meant for this life,” Sam tells Sully. And with that, 10 seconds of quick cuts showing set piece after set piece. Naughty Dog knows how to create an adventure, but can Uncharted 4 end as the best in the franchise? I don’t know, but every piece of gameplay I’ve seen has me hyped to find out.
How do you think Uncharted 4 ends?
The developer describes Uncharted 4 in part:
“His [Nathan] greatest adventure will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he’s willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves.”
Will Nathan die? It’s a question all Uncharted fans are asking themselves leading up to the release and will continue to ask themselves until they reach the end. The short trailer shows Nathan in some precarious situations.
I hope they don’t kill Nathan off. But, that’s just me wanting more Nathan Drake after Uncharted 4. My gut tells me Sam, Nathan’s brother, is a goner. Don’t you even think about killing Sully, Naughty Dog.
Do you think Nathan dies in Uncharted 4?
Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody makes every trailer better
Robin Solo created an epic fan-made Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End trailer. Clearly, Robin is a fan of the recent Suicide Squad trailers. If that 30-second tease from Naughty Dog wasn’t enough, give Robin’s trailer a watch. You won’t be disappointed.
We’ll find out Nathan Drake’s fate and much more when Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End releases on May 10th.
