You won’t see the family tossing waterskis, floats, coolers and everything else you raided Walmart for into a Riva Rivamare Speedboat. Not saying you can’t, but it would look ridiculous against the custom mahogany paneled deck.
The Rivamare is one of those ‘if you have to ask’ boats. No pricing, but enough features to make you dream. Dual Volvo Penta D6 400 engines help push the Riva to a top speed of 40 knots. Cruising speed is a head-turning 31 knots.
In the captain’s area is an intuitive joystick control panel, which includes a docking mode that helps you ease the craft to its berth. How sick would you feel hearing it scrape the side of a dock?
Water access through a rear hatch is complete with mahogany steps to act as your ‘beach.’ Overnighting in your expensive speedboat? It can handle two with a living area that converts into a double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom complete with a shower. Who the hell needs a yacht with a crew of people you don’t even know?
Let me check the checking account… Yeah, still looking at Yamaha money. Come on Powerball, give us an Italian upgrade. Learn more about Riva’s line of boats over at the company’s website. I doubt this would look good on the Coosa River, so you need to be in an area where the Italian design would be appreciated.
