The Geoff Keighley produced Game Awards are back for a second straight year tonight. It’s being coined ‘ Videogame’s Biggest Night’ and will celebrate a fantastic year in gaming. Awards will be handed out in categories ranging from Best Performance and Best Independent Game to Game of the Year. Stars including Shaq and Kiefer Sutherland will also be attending.

You can check out all the awards here. I’m all for celebrating the best in gaming, but let’s be honest. Most of us are watching for the reveals. Geoff knows this and is delivering “10 Epic World Premieres.”

They include:

Far Cry Primal – I’m putting my money on a gameplay trailer. It’s coming February 23rd, and the only official media we’ve seen is the reveal trailer.

Quantum Break – More gameplay? Maybe some more info on the TV show-esque tie-in? We’ll see tonight. Here’s the latest gameplay trailer if you need a refresher.

Mortal Kombat X Who’s Next – Man, I need to play that game some more. Looks like more characters are on the way.

The Walking Dead: Michonne (A Telltale Game Series)

Rocket League surprise – Ok, I’m leaning towards an imminent Xbox One release. We already know the December update isn’t coming until December 14th.

And we know it has been rated for Xbox One in Taiwan. C’mon Psyonix, give me a reason to double dip (triple if you count PS Plus).

And new game reveals.

343’s Bonnie Ross is teasing “more Halo news” at The Game Awards tonight.

Maybe a firm release date on Forge? My long shot is Halo Wars 2.

Also, there will be sales for the games (and others) at The Game Awards on Steam, Xbox Live and PSN.

I’m pumped to see how The Game Awards do in their second year. Last year’s was a good show, and I’m hoping to see it get even better this go around. Tune into The Game Awards at 9 pm ET / 6 pm PT.
