Huge Call of Duty Blackout Code Giveaway on Twitch Today, Or Grab a Couple From Us

Activision is teaming up with four of the biggest streamers on Twitch for a massive Blackout PC code giveaway. The PC version of the beta has an early access period starting today. If you can’t tune in to Twitch today, it’ll go open beta tomorrow.

How to get the PC early access beta code from Twitch. You’ll need to watch Ninja, Shroud, Summit1G or TimTheTatman for an hour between 10:00 am PT and 2:00 pm PT. You’ll also need to link your Battle.net and Twitch.tv accounts before you start watching. You do that over at the Connections tab after you log in to your Twitch account.

Once your account is setup, watch one of the streamers above for an hour and the early access beta code will be added right to your account.

A blog post dives into the PC min/recommended specs for the beta. As long as you’re rocking i5 2500k (or AMD equivalent) or higher paired with a GTX 660 (or AMD Radeon HD 7950) you should be good to go.

How to get a Call of Duty Blackout code for Xbox One. While Activision will be giving out thousands of codes today, we have a measly ten. But they are on Xbox One, which won’t be having an open beta like PC. The only way to get into the Xbox One (or PS4) is via pre-order or snagging a code from someone else.

The Blackout beta wraps up on September 17 at 10 am PT on all platforms. After that, it’s just a few weeks until the game’s official release on October 12.
