Reptile might beat the crap out of Kung Lao in the trailer below, but Kung Lao steals the scene with the opening dialogue. Check it out.

Reptile was revealed as part of IGN’s First coverage. In the video above, we see Reptile using claw-passed attacks paired with ranged poison orbs and air grabs. Plus, an absolutely brutal X-ray attack.

Man, Mortal Kombat X is looking really good. I’m not the biggest fighting game-genre fan, but I’m pumped to play Mortal Kombat X. NetherRealm Studios is hoping the fighting game community is also pumped to play it.

Mortal Kombat X will be one of the games appearing at Evo 2015 this summer. Hopefully, it fares better than Mortal Kombat 9, which didn’t even make it to Evo last year.

With today’s video the list of announced Mortal Kombat X characters are: Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Cassie Cage, D’Vorah, Kano, Quan Chi, Kotal Kahn, Ferra & Torr, Raiden, Kung Lao, Kitana, and Reptile. Let me know if I’m missing any and I’ll update it. The Kung Lao/Kitana trailer has a recap of the announced characters midway through the trailer.

While Mortal Kombat X looks great, we will have to wait until April 14th to see if it plays as good as it looks.
